Mary Claire Manigbas

FIAUK TEACHER

I am Ms. Claire, a Psychology graduate and a licensed professional teacher with over a decade of experience across the academe and human resource management. My professional journey has allowed me to explore the connection between learning, behavior, and people development, including my experience as a behavioral therapist supporting children and young people on the autism spectrum and with diverse learning needs.

I believe that true learning happens when students are able to apply what they have learned, develop new skills, and grow as individuals. As an educator, I am passionate about creating meaningful, supportive, and engaging learning experiences where every learner feels valued, understood, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Through my background in psychology, education, and human resource management, I continue to promote a learner-centered approach that helps students build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

I look forward to being part of each learner’s journey and creating a positive learning experience where students can grow, explore, and succeed.

Noni Villanueva

As a dedicated primary educator, I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels encouraged to explore, grow, and achieve their full potential. With experience teaching the British Curriculum, I believe that learning is most effective when lessons are meaningful, interactive, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each learner. I strive to nurture curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence while fostering a love for lifelong learning. Building strong relationships with students and families is at the heart of my teaching, and I am committed to helping every learner feel supported, valued, and inspired to succeed.

Welcome to Teacher Melody’s Class!

I’m happy to welcome you to our classroom! My goal is to create a place where every child feels safe, valued, and included. I want my students to enjoy coming to school, feel comfortable sharing their ideas, and know that their efforts matter.

I enjoy planning activities that make learning meaningful and enjoyable. Whether we’re reading stories, working together on classroom activities, or learning something new, I encourage my students to ask questions, participate, and do their best.

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing my students become more confident as they learn and grow. Their excitement, curiosity, and achievements inspire me every day. I hope to help them succeed not only in their studies but also in becoming respectful, responsible, and caring individuals.

As a Licensed Professional Teacher, I am passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential. With teaching experience in both classroom and online settings, I have had the opportunity to work with learners from diverse

backgrounds, including elementary students and children with special educational needs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching strategies to meet each learner’s unique needs while fostering confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning.

I believe that meaningful learning happens when students feel valued, supported,

and actively involved in the learning process. Through interactive, student-centered

lessons, patience, and encouragement, I strive to help every learner develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally. My goal is to inspire students to become confident, responsible, and independent learners who are prepared for future success.

I believe that when learners are happy, learning becomes more meaningful

and effective. Teaching, for me, is more than helping students gain knowledge and develop skills—it is about encouraging them to grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and become responsible individuals who are ready to face the real world. 

For more than seven years, I have had the privilege of teaching learners from different grade levels as well as adults through ESL classes and tutoring. These experiences have shown me that every student is unique, with their own learning style, pace, and goals. Because of this, I strive to create a positive,

engaging, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and enjoying the learning process.

One of the greatest joys of being a teacher is seeing my students become more confident and knowing they leave each class having learned something meaningful that they can carry with them beyond the classroom.

Gabriel Balagtas

Teaching MAPEH for almost a year has been an exciting and rewarding journey that has strengthened my passion for education. Every classroom experience has given me valuable opportunities to grow as an educator, adapt to the diverse needs of my learners, and create meaningful learning experiences. I believe that students learn best in an environment where they feel encouraged to participate, express themselves confidently, and enjoy the learning process.

As a MAPEH teacher, I strive to make lessons engaging, interactive, and relevant by incorporating creativity, teamwork, and hands-on activities. My passion for music, arts, dance, and sports inspires me to create a classroom where learners can explore their talents, express their creativity, and develop healthy, active lifestyles. I believe that MAPEH is more than just a subject—it is an opportunity to nurture confidence, discipline, self-expression, and a lifelong appreciation for culture, wellness, and the performing arts. My goal is to help every learner discover their unique strengths while fostering respect, perseverance, and a genuine love for learning.

Ryan Jay Cancejo

As a licensed professional teacher with a background in Physical Education, I believe that every learner deserves to feel included and supported, just like in sports and physical activities where every individual has a unique role, strength, and potential to succeed. My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a positive learning environment where students can learn at their own pace and enjoy the learning process. 

Through my experience teaching primary, Junior High School, and Senior High School students in online and international settings, I have learned to adapt to different learning needs, classroom situations, and diverse cultural backgrounds. My strengths include patience, creativity, adaptability, and building meaningful connections with my students. 

As someone who loves dance, sports, and physical activities, I enjoy making lessons engaging, interactive, and fun while encouraging teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.

John Royce Herrero

I am an English Secondary Teacher with experience teaching Grades 9–12 learners under the Philippine Curriculum, with a strong commitment to inclusive, learner-centered, and transformative education. Beyond classroom instruction, I also serve as an IELTS Trainer and Research Adviser, supporting students in developing effective communication skills, academic writing abilities, and critical thinking competencies.

I strive to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to express themselves, overcome challenges, and achieve academic success. Through innovative teaching strategies, meaningful learning experiences, and continuous professional growth, I aim to empower students to become confident communicators, responsible and globally competitive individuals.

Ronnel Salgado

With more than a decade of experience in the teaching profession, I firmly believe that meaningful learning takes place when students are actively engaged in practical, innovative, constructive, value-driven, and collaborative learning experiences. I am passionate about creating student-centred environments where learners are encouraged to explore, participate, and grow through carefully scaffolded opportunities that progress from simple concepts to more complex applications.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have always recognised the importance of considering learners’ readiness and developmental needs, ensuring that each student receives the appropriate support and guidance necessary for success. My experience across various grade levels has also allowed me to adapt effectively to diverse classroom settings and work harmoniously with learners from different personalities, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.

I believe that education extends beyond the acquisition of knowledge—it is about inspiring curiosity, nurturing character, and empowering learners to become confident and responsible individuals.
