ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Alternative Learning System (ALS) is a non-formal education programme. ALS aims to reach out to out-of-school youths, adults, working professionals, persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples, and other marginalized individuals who have not completed their formal education. Through flexible learning methods, ALS offers an avenue for these learners to complete basic education, acquire essential life skills, and become productive members of society.
